System Check

Checking your browser. The Platform works well in the current version of major browsers, such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge or Safari. Make sure your browser is up to date or try connecting to the Platform in a different browser.
Checking your browser. WebGL may be disabled in your browser. You can enable WebGL in the browser or try connecting to the Platform in a different browser. If you still cannot connect, try with a different computer.
Checking your network. Software or firewall settings may be interfering with your connection to the Platform. Please try connect to the Platform in a different browser. If you still cannot connect to the Platform, you may need to reconfigure or disable your Firewall. Consider contacting your network administrator or an IT professional. Alternatively, try connect to the Platform from a different network.
Checking your computer. Your graphics card may not be sufficient, or your browser may not be using it properly. Try to access anyway.
Make sure your power settings are not on power save mode. Also, make sure you are plugged into the wall. if you are running on battery only then you may need to change the power settings for when it is 'on Battery'.
You can also try connect to the Platform in a different browser (preferably Chrome). Ultimately, try with a different computer.
